You Are So Precious

You Are So Precious - Letters From The Beloved

There’s a voice inside you that speaks harshly.

It tells you you’re not enough. Not thin enough, not successful enough, not wealthy enough, not spiritual enough, not worthy enough. It points out every flaw, every mistake, every way you fall short of some imaginary standard. What you are in this moment, is never enough.

You’ve listened to this voice for so long, you’ve forgotten who you truly are.

The Beloved Reminds

“You are so precious. Love yourself as I love you. You are worthy of love exactly as you are.”

Read that again. Slowly.

You are so precious.

Not “you will be precious when you become something or someone” Not “you could be precious if you tried harder.” You ARE. Right now. In this moment. Exactly as you are.

The Beloved, that eternal source of love, that divine presence sees you completely. Every flaw, every wound, every secret shame you carry.

The Hardest Person to Love

Why is it so difficult to love ourselves?

We extend compassion to strangers. We forgive our friends their mistakes. We hold space for others’ pain and imperfection.

But when it comes to ourselves? We can become overly self-critical.

We demand perfection while offering ourselves no grace. We speak to ourselves in ways we would never speak to anyone we care about. We withhold love as if we must earn it, as if there’s some threshold or eligibility criteria we must cross before we become worthy.

But love doesn’t work that way.

The Beloved’s love isn’t conditional. It doesn’t wait for you to become someone else before it flows to you. It’s already here, already pouring toward you, already embracing you, exactly as you are.

The question is: can you receive it?

You Are Worthy, Exactly as You Are

Not when you become very wealthy.
Not when you achieve that goal.
Not when you heal the wound.
Not when you become more patient, more present, more pure.

Now.

In this moment, with all your imperfections and incompletions, with all your struggles, you are worthy. So rest in this moment and accept.

This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the layers of self-judgment and conditioning.

You are an expression of the Divine, not your story or your past experiences.

You are so precious.
Can you feel it?

Wish you a beautiful day…

May we remember who we are and dwell in the love of the Beloved…
